Anyone for elegance??

I've late been working on making some lovely, sweet and feminine earrings for the women who deserves to be spoilt with elegance and poise.

Here is a few earrings I have recently made.

Butterfly earrings- made using swarovski crystal beads and fresh water pearls.

Sweet Feminine earrings- made using rose quartz and swarovski crystal.

Midnight Magic-Swarovski Crystals and fresh water pearls.

And, I also made a pendant which goes well with the Butterfly earrings. However, the pendant and earring set were custom made for a customer.

So, anyone interested in custom order and those who wants to have that little bit of elegant touch, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you do not have paypal, although, I highly feel that paypal is the safest way of payment, I offer other alternatives.

For more photo updates, please refer to my flickr.

It's back to work!

Now, it's back to work for me. Last night, I have updated my flickr with many of the past jewelleries I've made. And that same night too, I've finished making OOAK beaded butterfly necklace which photos will be loaded in my Flickr shortly. Tomorrow, I'll be off to check out some wholesalers for supplies and more bead. I've also considered in cleaning up my inventory.

I got some sticker labels for printing and also more hard papers to print business cards, so I am really working my butt off!!

Alrighty now, I shall depart. But just to let you know that I am busily making beautiful, lovely, cute things for beautiful, lovely, cute people :)

A quick message!!

Now that the elections are over and that the results are out, I can relax. I'm not a major fan of politics. I have opinions and I share them mostly with friends and family. I know myself that I have too much to say and if I start, I wouldn't be able to stop. But I don't breathe and live politics. It is an interesting topic to talk about but debating it, would take too much time, so I usually would ask resolutions and answers from my parents who knows more about the history of Malaysian Politics. This week, I'll be visiting my grand aunt and she lived during the struggle and this was way before the 2nd world war, so it would be great to hear from her perspective about her life as a Malayan (back then) and the struggle of other fellow malayans.

Secondly, I would like to congratulate those who has survived for the next 5 years.

Work in progress

I do hope all of you are not too panicky of my whereabouts. And please, I have neither neglected whoever has been reading my blog since it first began.

Anyhow, I have been designing some business cards and now, I'm in the process of making label tags.

I am currently away on holiday back in my hometown. However, making jewelleries and sewing here and there is also one of my priorities besides looking after my daughter, of course :)I always make sure I have one set of jewellery tools and sewing kit in London and one in KL. I do however need some other supplies which I'll be getting next week! Actually, I really look forward to walk along the streets of wholesalers and the interesting, wonderful things I'll be buying!!! :)

By the way, here's glimpse of one of my business cards- eyes&whiskers (TM) (c)

Bedtime calls (just a little note)

Okay...so..I have not been typing much in this blog. It's not because I cannot be bothered, it's due to the fact that since I arrived back in my hometown, I have been doing nothing but going out endlessly (hope that sounds right!).

Anyhow, my little family and me went to Bali for a week and it was tremendously fun! This is despite having a 20 months old daughter who keeps us busy every minute or second, even of the hour i.e. clockwise speaking.

I cannot type much due to my sleepy eyes and my tired fingers, and aching body from walking too much today, but I do have some good news though!

I finally got an IMAC!! woohooo! so, that's going to help a lot for my jewellery and other design work I'll be doing..tee hee hee
wheeee! (daughter says that a lot)

Okay, snoozie time..night all :)

Who's Emzy Collins??

So, by now you might be wondering who this superbly, talented musician is. Well, I got a message in my Myspace and I thought I'd check it out. The way he composes his music is like no other. Okay, I'm sure some of you may think it's too mellow and all that, but to be honest, his music is not at all mellow. SOme of you may probably compare him with other musicians, but hey, that's okay I'm sure. If you love, love music, if you love the sound of the notes running through to your ear lobes, the guitar strumming, or just to listen to such a sweet, melodic male voice then, this kind of music is for you. If not, then, it's totally your choice.

Anyway, if you want to judge for your own self, then check out his site. Here's the link:

And here's his official site:

In the meantime, do enjoy this other music of his titled "Sleep Well". Do be warned that this music is very emotional.

Good night everyone!

Name change and another new shop to open

Hi, as you will notice my eclectic-bubblegumerz banner has disappeared. It is due to the fact that I am designing a new one for the name change. I am doing this because there is simply too many who uses 'Eclectic'. There is nothing wrong with it, but I simply want to stand out in the crowd. My other business name is my now.....will announce soonish :)

I'm also shutting down my EclecticB etsy shop due to the fact that I can't change the name, unless I try to ask the admin and see if I could do so without completely shutting the store down. Fingers crossed it works out as I want it to. If not, oh well. The sale is still going on, so check the shop out!

Christmas is coming and soon New Year!!

So, Christmas will be coming shortly and I am hoping this holiday season will end. Not that I hate Christmas, it's just that part of my money goes into buying supplies and making them and also the fact that I have not made any sale so far, is making me even MORE BROKE!

However, I have been trying to figure out what kind of items I can recycle to make them look brand new and perfect as a Xmas gift! But anyway, I have been recycling those old Christmas cards and updating them a bit, looking fresh as ever! :)

I'm looking forward to the NEW YEAR though. 2007 has not been the best year for me apart from having my lovely families intact of course. And the friendship I have and made new ones. My darling little big daughter. The progress of my inventive mind making more creative and innovative products.

What I'm looking forward to 2008 is the old me but with a much more bit of spice!

Here is what I'm planning to do (in no particular order):

1) Stop disliking and start loving more
2) Stop being sad and be happy instead
3) enjoy food, live life to the fullest and be merry (sounds so much like christmas LOL)
4) Stop being lazy and start BEING MORE PRODUCTIVE
5) Staying a healthy and fit life
6) Keep BLOG updated every week or every 2 weeks at least!
7) Stop feeling sorry for myself
8) Stop being grumpy miss polly molly silly solly
9) Keep ETSY shop updated-(old etsy will be closed and new one will be opening soon with a fresh new--all shall be revealed once i have done preparation etc for it)
10) Keep making more and more amazing things
11) Recycle MORE than usual
12) Conserve energy and water
13) Stop being a follower and start being a leader!
14) QUIT BEING SENSITIVE AND JUST CHILL!!
15) PATIENCE IS EVERY PERSON"S VIRTUE (i need to be more patience)
16) SAVE UP MORE instead of SPENDING
17) Don't be afraid of the number 26 in JULY 2008!! (that's how OLD I'll be!!!! yikes!!) Young I mean hehehe
18) Follow DREAMS and ignore the nightmares.
19)Stop judging people (you know the little voices in your head??? yup, going to have to control it..but judge in a good way not a bad way)
20) Live each day as though it is my last day--do good things for myself and let myself shine to others and also, be nice to everyone no matter how negative they can be.

I have not been updating my etsy shop nor have I put that many pictures in my Flickr either. But I have been making a load of new samples and been sewing plenty of new old things and recycling some clothes as well, so I am definitely looking forward to 2008.
