Oh Oh Oh OH

Okay, you can ignore the title...lol I was just listening to THE SOUNDS and singing to it too..not loudly of course. Gosh, my voice doesnt sound good when I sing...terrible I say.
But anyway, just thought I'd share with you what I have made. This first picture, I made for my sister..I called it "Pink and Punk Black Hearts". Something about pink and black, always reminds me of pop punk for some reason.

What do you think? I can custom make using a variation of colours of beads to match with these black catseye heart shaped beads.
Then I have these other ones......here they come in style!! ;)

This is the dice revolution!! And there's more!!! ;D

Comes with a pair of earrings and..... (I am wasting a lot of precious space aren't I?) lol Well, this is a set which I made (without the ring..not enough of these dice beads) I made the bracelet memory wire,

I made the earrings using wire and the pendant......(below) was made using wire as well and lots of creativity happening too! Now, we go to the finale of this particular pieces taken together as a family set (without the ring) down below.
And I call this "It's a Dice World Out There"

Website update

Okay, since being so hyped out about Etsy, I have finally updated my website. Some pics are the same, but I have listed a few other new things. Two to be precise. And yes, I do custom made for those memory wire bracelets, apart from Summer Fling as there are only 4 available. Yes, out of colourful beads I must admit.

But do not worry, I still have plenty more photos needed to be taken of some new things I have made and will list them shortly on my website as well. So, keep on checking. If in doubt or have questions which need answers, please do not hesitate to e-mail me.

By the way, if you would like me to list some of your works either on my website, or in my etsy shop, let me know as well.

Speak soon!

Don't you love these bubbleliciously bright chunky memory wire bracelets!?! They are all splendid and no two are alike. Obviously some of the beads are the same in patterns or shapes. However, each one of them are totally unique! Perfect for young girls or even those women who oves brilliant, bright colours! ;) And I call them 'Summer Fling' bracelets. They are listed in my etsy shop. I only have four of them, so hurry, while stocks last.

Mad Over Memory Wires!!

Yes, they're my new favourite springy wire to work with! They are best to use when you have plenty of leftover seed beads and other beads, you need to get rid off. I have made 9 memory wire bracelets/bangles, 1 last night and 2 today. I have so many more seed beads and other beads so still planning what other colours I can use to mix them with.

Once you get into this MEMORY WIRE hype, there's not stopping at all!

I gave it a try with the RED NOSE DAY (charity) one, and then I thought, "my these memory wires are so fun to work with! I just have to make more!" =)

Very, very addictive, and fellow beaders who work with memory wires..tell me you agree with me ;)

I reckon when I've finishe using up the memory wires for bracelet making, I'm going to get the ones for necklaces and rings.
Enjoy the photos! =)

..eyes and whiskers

One of my other appliques collection. The first recycled clothing I worked on with the butterfly applique was a hit, so I decided to do another one. Yes, handsewn too. And there's more! See below ;)
This is the back part of the top. What do you think?

I have listed this one in my Etsy shop as well. So check it out. And if you want more description on materials used etc.

Charity shops are awesome!

One thing I love about charity shopping is that you can always find something interesting and amazing there. Plus, lots of bargain items. I recently got a light long coat for only 8 pounds! It's a second hand one of course. But still a great find! And it's black, so I have something I can wear out during night times..not that I don't wear it in the day time anyway hehehe

I recently gave away some of the jewelleries which I made that never got sold. Plus, the money goes to charity, so why not!

Warm, Windy Weekend

It's been such a wonderful weekend despite the windiness. It's not the usual winter, although you do know it is spring, as it's the time when flowers begin to bloom, animals are going hay wire crazy..basically becoming broody too. So reminds me of Bambi LOL.
Last night was so weird. Not bad weird. Simply weird. If you get what I mean. Basically, in between good and bad weirdness.
Anyway, a friend of mine came over for a visit. We (DH, friend & I) had fish and chips for early dinner, while I feed bumble bee her din din too. After that, Friend and me decided to go for a walk, despite the weather. It was not bad though. We firstly went to HMV, I got a cd and a dvd for DH (not surprising), then went to Books Etc. (thats the name of book store) and I got this awesome book about reworking, reconstructing, deconstructing with t-shirts. I also need it as reference and give me some inspiration. One thing good about Spring I like I can go out for longer and find inspirations, not that I don't in winter. LOL. (Sorry, I'm blabbing away)

Oh well, after the walk, on my way back home, some guy just out of the blue said Hi to me. I automatically had to say Hi..or I think we just exchanged smiles back at each other. He was not bad looking for a guy..but then I was like.."okay, you're married!" But no harm in looking though..hehe (so that was the weirdness...a guy saying hi to me at 9pm!) Could have possibly been a backpacker..since staying in a backpacking hostel/motel type thing.
As for today (sunday), DH and I took bumble bee in her pram/stroller for a walk along Hyde Park to High Street Kensington, it was a good walk too. Then we went to check out several shops. We eventually went to the CASS art shop, where I needed to get some fabric paints and some bits and pieces. Then, we checked out the party shop and I got to do a bit of brainstorming for my Beebee's 1st Birthday. I kind of have a fair idea what I want to do, but still going to do more brainstorming anyhow.
On our way back through Hyde Park, as we arrived at the corner of Queensway, we stopped at the Gelati/Gelato shop. I got a small cup of yummy Hazelnut flavoured gelati/gelato. Yum and refreshing. The thing I like about it is that it does not have a creamy texture like an ordinary ice-cream would.

As soon as we arrived, we had our sandwich we got from Pret De Manger (it's a french term) but we simply call it Pret hehe That's another favourite eatery place of mine, besides Starbucks. Pret make delicious fresh wraps and sandwiches, their packed sushis are delish too and their cakes, fresh juices etc. I always get carrot juice from there...nice. There's a fresh fruit juice bar nearby, so I reckon I'm going to check the place out tomorrow when Bebe and I do some adventuring together.
Okay, before I finish, I'd like to show you what I have posted on my etsy shop and will post pics of them in my website too. I'll be listing some items in my recycling section in my website.

Well, what do you think? There'll be more of this coming soon. Just need to take photos of them. Taking a break from jewellery making and recycling my old clothes I don't wear any longer.
Sayonara! =)
